DuPont General Counsel Stacey Mobley to Retire, Thomas Sager Named General Counsel - Designate

DuPont (NYSE:DD) announced that Stacey J. Mobley, DuPont senior vice president, general counsel and chief administrative officer, has elected to retire. Succeeding him as senior vice president and general counsel, effective July 1, will be Thomas L. Sager, who currently is vice president and assistant general counsel. Mobley, 62, was named a senior vice president in 1992 and has served as general counsel and chief administrative officer since 1999. He joined DuPont in 1972 as an attorney and has held leadership positions in DuPont Legal, Government Affairs and External Affairs throughout his career.
