Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom is the best corporate law firm in the U.S., according to a survey of 424 directors and 217 general counsels of publicly traded companies by Corporate Board Member magazine and FTI Consulting, the global business advisory firm dedicated to helping organizations protect and enhance their enterprise value. New York-based Skadden Arps secured the top spot in the rankings for the eighth consecutive year. However, significant movement took place throughout the rest of the rankings where 15 of the top 20 either moved up or down from last year's rankings.
