Bold New Billboard on Spay and Neuter Turns Heads in Los Angeles

The California Healthy Pets Coalition, including the City of Los Angeles, Bob Barker, and Judie Mancuso, announce critical updates on spay/neuter issues facing Los Angeles and the State of California, along with the launch of a new billboard campaign for AB 1634.

"To euthanize those 500,000 pets costs taxpayers in the state of California $250 million, at a time when the state is virtually on its knees as far as the economy is concerned," said Bob Barker, retired talk show host and animal welfare advocate.

Each year nearly one million unwanted cats and dogs enter California's animal shelters, and over half of them are killed costing California...
