U.S. Court Dismisses Claim by Minority Shareholders of ImageSat International

further to the Company's announcement on July 4, 2007, that on July 22, 2008 the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York issued an order dismissing, on grounds of forum non conveniens, the claim filed last year by certain minority shareholders of ImageSat International N.V.
