Anheuser-Busch Congratulates South Dakota Attorney General Larry Long for His Innovative Approach to Drunk-Driving Prevention

Anheuser-Busch applauds South Dakota Attorney General Larry Long for his continued work in helping prevent drunk driving through his "24/7 Sobriety Program" that requires and monitors sobriety of chronic Driving Under the Influence (DUI) offenders 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The program was recently recognized as a Midwest regional finalist for the Council of State Governments (CSG) National Innovations Award. An early and strong supporter of the program, Anheuser-Busch gave $10,000 in 2006 to help General Long expand the program to rural counties through the use of remote alcohol monitors.
