ADM Acquires German Rapeseed Crushing Plant

Archer Daniels Midland Company (NYSE:ADM) announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire the assets of Campa Sued GmbH & Co KG, subject to clearance by relevant antitrust authorities. Campa Sued GmbH & Co KG, based in Straubing, Southern Germany, operates a rapeseed crushing plant that produces oil and meal for the food, feed and energy markets.
