The International AntiCounterfeiting Coalition Applauds Tiffany vs. eBay Appeal

Today, Tiffany announced the filing of a "Notice of Appeal" with the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit challenging a recent court ruling by the Southern District of New York in the case of Tiffany v. eBay. "Tiffany's decision to appeal is the right thing to do" said IACC President Bob Barchiesi. "The IACC is extremely disappointed in the Southern District of New York's recent decision in the case of Tiffany v. eBay and the IACC applauds Tiffany's resoluteness to protect their brand and to protect consumers from being duped into purchasing fake products online" said Mr. Barchiesi.
