Advocate Capital, Inc. Announces New Product - Settlement Funding

Advocate Capital, Inc. just announced a new product release: Settlement Funding. The product was introduced in early July at the AAJ Summer Convention in Philadelphia, PA. Advocate's Settlement Funding product enables attorneys to accelerate their legal fees from cases for which they have obtained a signed settlement agreement between the plaintiff and defendant. "Our Settlement Funding product is structured as a factor, in which we buy a certain portion of the law firms' anticipated fees on a settled case at a slight discount," said Paul B.
