TV Ads Say California's Sanctuary Cities Violate State Laws and Protect Criminal Illegal Aliens From Prosecution and Deportation

Californians for Population Stabilization (CAPS) launched a TV campaign today in California. The TV spots ask Californians to express their opinions about Sanctuary City policies in force, formally or informally, in many cities across the state. Characterized by a history of controversy, Sanctuary Cities have recently come under fire again as a result of murders allegedly perpetrated by illegal aliens with long criminal histories who could have been deported if such policies had not been in place. In Sanctuary Cities, police officers are prohibited from asking immigration status, often even after a suspect has been arrested. The result is convicted criminal illegal...
