Rebels Hijack Plane and Militarize Civilian Camps



September 14th, 2008

In yet another act of terror, the rebels this afternoon hijacked a plane carrying around one hundred innocent passengers in Nyala, Southern Darfur shortly after its departure for Khartoum. Their intended destination was France! For reasons yet unknown, the plane has been diverted to Libya and is confirmed to have landed in Kufra where authorities are now advancing towards the remote town.
