Lead Poisoned Family Reaches Two Million and Fifty Thousand Dollar Settlement of Lawsuit

The Michael Stewart Frankel Law Firm in New York City, recently settled a protracted lead poisoning litigation for the sum of Two Million and Fifty Thousand Dollars against the New York City Housing Authority. The suit entitled Wendy Robles, and her four minor children, vs. The New York City Housing Authority, et al. alleged that the plaintiffs were lead poisoned in a housing project owned by the New York City Housing Authority. Lead is a highly toxic heavy metal that can cause severe adverse health effects including pediatric brain injury, learning disabilities, attention deficit disorder and in very severe cases, seizures and death.
