Cogdell Spencer Announces Commencement of Common Stock Offering

Cogdell Spencer Inc. (NYSE:CSA) announced that it commenced an underwritten public offering of 1,850,000 shares of common stock. Cogdell Spencer also plans to grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 277,500 shares of common stock. Banc of America Securities LLC, KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. and Citi are acting as joint book-running managers and Raymond James, BMO Capital Markets and Janney Montgomery Scott LLC are acting as co-managers.
