CCC Urges Lawmakers: Know what you are voting on

The Customer Choice Coalition today urged Michigan lawmakers to delay final votes on HB 5524 and SB 213 until full fiscal and legislative analyses are completed and the people of Michigan are informed of the billions of dollars of higher electric rates they will be forced to pay under the package. Taken together, SB 213 and HB 5524 implement the largest residential electric rate hike increase in Michigan history.
