Irvine Lawyer Lawrence Eisenberg Obtains $1.8 Million Award in Rollover Truck Accident

Monico Arias was a hard working, local truck driver when a head-on collision caused by an intoxicated truck driver on February 18, 2006 almost claimed his life. The Orange County Superior Court approved the $1.8 million award today, which also included compensation to his two sons, Jonathan Arias, age 4, and Angel Arias, age 8, who were passengers in their father's vehicle. The serious injuries to Monico Arias, age 30, included a fracture to his left leg requiring installation of an orthopedic rod, surgery to repair the ruptured globe of his left eye, blunt force trauma and knee surgery.
