Astrata Executes Four-year Supply Agreement with Cinterion Wireless Modules

Astrata Group (OTC Bulletin Board: ATTG) announced that it has executed a four-year agreement with Cinterion Wireless Module. Under the agreement, Astrata has committed to purchase at least 200,000 GSM communication modules per year for Astrata's new, advanced telematics unit -- The GLP100i. The Cinterion GSM module permits communications between the command and control center and the Astrata telematics unit. Astrata is able to deploy systems in any GSM market worldwide by taking advantage of Cinterion's compact quad-band module with its extensive environmental range.
