Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP ("Hagens Berman") announced it has filed a class-action lawsuit in the United States District Court of Colorado against The Spectranetics Corporation ("Spectranetics" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:SPNC) on behalf of all persons or entities who purchased or acquired securities or company stock between April 19, 2007 and Sept. 4, 2008 (the "Class Period") claiming the Company and its officers violated U.S. securities laws.
