Thomas Moers Mayer, a corporate restructuring and bankruptcy partner at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, was recently elected to membership in the National Bankruptcy Conference (NBC). The NBC is a non-profit organization of approximately 60 lawyers, law professors, and bankruptcy judges who are leading scholars and practitioners in the field of bankruptcy law.
