CFIF Condemns False Statements From Paseur Campaign

The Center for Individual Freedom ("CFIF") today blasted the campaign of Judge Deborah Bell Paseur in Alabama for spreading false statements about CFIF and its activities. Responding to a press release in which the Paseur campaign mischaracterizes CFIF's recent legal victory in West Virginia and again states that CFIF has "run afoul of election laws," the organization's President, Jeffrey Mazzella, set the Paseur campaign straight about CFIF's fight for First Amendment freedoms and demanded an apology. "In its more than 10-year history, the Center for Individual Freedom has never 'run afoul' of any state or federal election laws," Mazzella stated....
