American Entrepreneurs for Securities Reform Announces Ballot Campaigns in Four States



November 9th, 2008

A national organization dedicated to bringing attention to fraudulent financial practices announced that it had recruited organizational leadership as well as substantial funding to place onto the ballot in four states initiative campaigns to prohibit the corrupt practice of stock market "naked short-selling."

American Entrepreneurs for Securities Reform (ASR) previously announced that if rules promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) against naked short selling were not made permanent, it would begin campaigns in several states via the initiative process to achieve this fundamental reform.
