Stuart Chesky, DO, JD, Medical Director of Ohio KePRO was one of 17 respected health care and legal experts chosen to serve on Ohio's Joint Legislative Study Commission on Most Favored Nation Clauses in Health Care Contracts. The Commission was established as part of HB-125, the Health Care Simplification Act, passed earlier this year.
