Kroll Substance Abuse Testing Division Acquires Drugs of Abuse Testing Services from Accu-Chem Laboratories

Kroll, the world's leading risk consulting company, announced that its Substance Abuse Testing division has acquired the drugs of abuse testing services of Richardson, Texas-based Accu-Chem Laboratories. The sale is effective October 24, 2008. The acquisition advances Kroll's position among the nation's leading substance abuse testing firms.
