Brink's Home Security Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:CFL), a premier provider of monitored security services in North America, reported financial results on a stand-alone company basis for the third quarter ended September 30, 2008. Brink's Home Security was spun-off from The Brink's Company as an independent publicly-traded company on October 31, 2008. The new company began trading "regular way" on the New York Stock Exchange on November 3, 2008 under the symbol "CFL," which reflects the Company's mission statement of creating "Customers For Life".
