CRM Holdings, Ltd. Comments on Wholesale Retail Workers' Compensation Trust of New York Litigation

CRM Holdings, Ltd. ("the Company") (NASDAQ:CRMH), a provider of a full range of products and services for the workers' compensation insurance industry, said that Compensation Risk Managers, LLC ("CRM") intends to vigorously contest the lawsuit filed by former members of the Wholesale Retail Workers' Compensation Trust of New York ("WRWCTNY"). The suit was brought against CRM, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and was filed in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Erie County. In the lawsuit, certain former members of WRWCTNY, on behalf of themselves and other former trust members, have made allegations that, among other things, CRM breached its contract...
