Health Plans Offer Comprehensive Reform Proposal

Health plans today offered a comprehensive health care reform proposal to achieve universal coverage, reduce the growth of health care costs, and improve the quality of medical care. "Today our board is making a strong statement that now is the time for health care reform," said Karen Ignagni, President and CEO of America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP).
