SC Johnson Applauds Plea Agreement Relating to Milt Morris Case

SC Johnson is pleased that Milton E. Morris. Katherine M. Scheller, Peter K. O'Malley, Thomas R. Russell, Michael A. Rivett, and Patrick M. Kane have signed plea agreements with the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern Division of Wisconsin. In signing these plea agreements, these individuals acknowledged their involvement in a scheme to defraud SC Johnson through giving it fraudulent and inflated invoices for transportation services and accept responsibly for their crimes. We want to express our appreciation to the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the United States Postal Office and the IRS for their diligence and professionalism leading to these plea agreements.
