Abt Associates Names Dr. Scott W. Royal to Lead Domestic Health Division

Abt Associates announced that Scott W. Royal, Ph.D., M.P.H., a social and behavioral epidemiologist and expert in managing clinical research programs, has been promoted to Division Vice President and will lead its Domestic Health Division. Dr. Royal will oversee the company's Behavioral Health, Health Policy, and Public Health and Epidemiology practices.
