Sorin Group Settles Legal Action Against ATS

Sorin Group (MIL:SRN), (Reuters Code: SORN.MI), a global company and a leader in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, announced the settlement of a lawsuit related to its supply agreement with ATS Medical. Under the agreement, ATS will pay to Sorin Group 7.5 million dollars in damages. “This settlement, following the US District Court’s denial of ATS’ motion to dismiss, is very favorable to Sorin Group.
