Global Rainmakers, Inc Files $1.2 Billion Tortious Interference Lawsuit Against Sarnoff Corporation

Global Rainmakers, Inc (GRI) announced that it has filed a lawsuit against Sarnoff Corporation (a subsidiary of SRI International) for tortious interference, slander, unfair competition and deceptive trade practices. The lawsuit, filed in the Southern District of New York, alleges that Sarnoff interfered with a prospective $253 million licensing agreement with a third-party. GRI also claims that Sarnoff has impugned, defamed and denigrated the Company and its HBOX(TM), a multi-modal biometric recognition device which can acquire an individual's iris and face, in real-time, at a distance and at a rate of up to 50 people per minute.
