A ruling by Ingham County Circuit Court Judge Paula Manderfield today validates the legality of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan's business relationship and financial dealings with its Accident Fund Insurance Corporation of America subsidiary. The ruling by Judge Manderfield to dismiss the only remaining count in the Michigan Attorney General's lawsuit against BCBSM means that all three counts filed against BCBSM have been successfully defended in court.
