The Education Law Association (ELA) seeks nominations for this year's research-based writing awards. These awards are intended to recognize the service and works of those who bring an increased awareness to legal issues that affect today's education. Some examples include the rights of special needs students, the No Child Left Behind Act, due process, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and many more. Award winners will have the opportunity to present their winning works at the 55th Annual Education Law Association Conference to be held in Louisville, Kentucky, October 21-24, 2009.
