On or about January 26, 2009 Eric Bauman and Neil Bauman filed claims against ZVUE Corporation, a Delaware corporation, in the New York State Supreme Court, New York County, seeking payment for unpaid salaries. On or about January 29, 2009, ZVUE Corporation commenced legal action against Eric's Universe, Inc., Eric Bauman and Neil Bauman in the New York State Supreme Court, New York County, for various matters related to the performance of certain obligations. These litigation matters are currently pending.
