Nader Urges Attorney General to Track Corporate Crime

Ralph Nader, Essential Information and the Center for Corporate Policy today sent a letter to Attorney General Holder urging him to make corporate crime a top priority, starting with a publicly-available database and comprehensive annual corporate crime report. An annual corporate crime report, along with a publicly-available corporate crime database "would not only spell out the magnitude and nature of this complex and multi-faceted issue, but would also provide law enforcement officials with a comparative analysis of recent trends and the relative effectiveness of various sanctions as deterrents," the three wrote, adding that "such information would be of tremendous...
