Express Delivery & Logistics Association XLA Opposes Buy American Provisions in Stimulus Package

The Express Delivery & Logistics Association (XLA) President John Costanzo has issued an official statement outlining the Association's opposition to the Buy American provisions of the government's economic stimulus package. "The XLA's members handle small package express deliveries, both domestically and internationally, and we have grave concerns about the impact these provisions would have on our companies' and their customers' ability to maintain their existing business during these difficult economic times.
