The Alliance for Digital Equality's Chairman Julius H. Hollis announced the appointment of Art Collins to the Atlanta, Georgia-based consumer advocacy organization's Board of Advisors. Mr. Collins, of Arlington, Virginia, is Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Public Private Partnership Inc., an independent strategic planning and political consulting firm in the nation's capitol.
