Former Detroit Mayor Dennis Archer, Former Members of Congress Representative Sherwood Boehlert, Senator Slade Gorton and Representative Martin Sabo, Co-chairs of the Bipartisan Policy Center's (BPC) National Transportation Policy Project (NTTP), released the following statement regarding the report of the National Surface Transportation Infrastructure Financing Commission (Financing Commission).
