Clyburn, The Alliance for Digital Equality (ADE) today briefed members of the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus, the Congressional Black Caucus, and the Congressional Hispanic Caucus about its continued mission to secure broadband access for citizens in underserved communities across the nation.
