Consolidated Mercantile Incorporated: ("CMI") (TSX: "CMC"; OTC: "CSLMF.PK") and Genterra Inc. ("Genterra") (TSX-V: "GIC") are pleased to announce that their respective boards of directors have approved a business combination by way of a proposed amalgamation of the two companies (the "Amalgamation"). The transaction is subject to the approval of the shareholders of CMI and Genterra and the approval of the applicable securities regulatory authorities.
