Clifford Chance announced that Craig Medwick has been re-elected to a second term as regional managing partner of the Americas. His new term will run though April 30, 2013. A member of the firm's Global Management Committee, Mr. Medwick has been a partner in Clifford Chance since 1987. His practices encompass a broad range of corporate and securities transactions, including funds formation, real estate securities, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate governance.
