Local 1-800-Mattress/Dial-A-Mattress Service Unaffected By Legal Action Involving Parent Company

Consolidated Mattress and Amalgamated Mattress, better known as 1-800-Mattress/Dial-A-Mattress in New England, Philadelphia Central and Southern New Jersey, and Florida, said that as an independent franchise group, its operations were completely unaffected by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court filings involving it's franchisor and that it is operating "business as usual."
