HB Litigation Conferences Hosts: Madoff Ponzi Scheme Litigation Seminar May 13 in Palm Beach

Litigation surrounding the Bernard Madoff scheme and others like it will be the subject of a half-day seminar and simultaneous webcast from The Four Seasons Hotel in Palm Beach, Fla., on May 13. Leading business litigator Stuart H. Singer of Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP in Fort Lauderdale is chairing the event. Boies recently told Bloomberg News that his firm is advising "upwards of 50" clients in the fallout from the Madoff scheme, with more actions planned against feeder funds.
