Despite overwhelming opposition by the American public when it was first proposed in 2000, the House and the Senate have reintroduced a sweeping illegal alien amnesty bill known as the Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors (DREAM) Act. The legislation, introduced by Sen. Richard Durbin (D-Ill.) and Rep.
