RiskMetrics Ranks Grant & Eisenhofer Number 1 Law Firm in 2008 for Highest Average Recoveries in U.S. Securities Class Action Settlements

Leading securities and corporate governance law firm Grant & Eisenhofer has again been cited for winning the highest average investor recovery in U.S. securities class actions of any law firm in 2008, according to RiskMetrics Group. The financial risk management services company has just released its latest annual ranking of the country's Top 50 plaintiffs' firms (the 'SCAS 50'), compiled by its Securities Class Action Services unit. This is the second straight year that Grant & Eisenhofer has achieved the highest average settlement amount among U.S. law firms.
