K&L Gates Expands FDA Practice Through Addition of Research Triangle Park Partner

The Research Triangle Park (RTP) office of K&L Gates LLP welcomes Michael H. Hinckle as a partner in the firm's food and drug practice. Hinckle rejoins K&L Gates from Synthon Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where he served as Vice President and General Counsel since 2003. At Synthon, Hinckle guided the legal, regulatory, and compliance efforts of the international pharmaceutical company's generic and specialty brands, in addition to advising on employment, product liability, litigation, real estate, and general corporate matters.
