Craneware Appoints New Non-Executive Director

Craneware plc (AIM: CRW.L), a leader in financial improvement software solutions for the U.S. healthcare market, announced the appointment of Ronald Frank Verni as Non-Executive Director. Verni starts his appointment on May 1, 2009. Verni was most recently CEO of Corrigo, Inc., a leading Software as a Service (SAAS) company focused on the service sector. Prior to this, he was president and CEO of Sage Software, Inc., and a member of the Board of Directors of the Sage Group plc.
