Daniel J. Kelly was elected to the Board of Directors for a two year term of office. Mr. Kelly concentrates his practice in the areas of school and municipal civil litigation. He has successfully defended numerous school districts, municipalities, employers and insurers at all levels of the litigation process in front of state, federal and appellate courts. He has also served as a court-appointed mediator and lecturer on issues involving governmental entities, risk management and liability exposure, particularly for school districts.
