CAIR Seeks Probe Into Harassment of N.C. Muslim

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) today called on state and national law enforcement authorities to investigate possible civil rights violations in the harassment of a Muslim mother in North Carolina whose home has been targeted repeatedly by vandals. The 53-year-old mother of four in Greensboro, N.C., who wears an Islamic head scarf (hijab), reports that vandals have been throwing eggs at her home since she moved into the neighborhood in 2005.
