$3.7 Million Settlement Reached for Pedestrian Hit and Dragged by Trash Truck

A $3.7 million settlement was reached in Gerald Thomas Hatton vs. NASA Services, Inc.; Martin Berry Richardson; et. al (Case #: BC394676) filed in Los Angeles Superior Court in July 2008. "I doubt that any amount of money can really compensate Gerald who probably will be confined to a wheelchair for the rest of his life," says Los Angeles plaintiff attorney Bill Newkirk of the Law Offices of William H.
