M/I Homes Announces Pricing of Its Common Shares Offering

M/I Homes, Inc. (NYSE: MHO) (the "Company") announced that it has priced a public offering of 4,350,000 of its common shares at $12.50 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 650,000 shares within a 30-day period, to cover over-allotments, if any. M/I Homes plans to use the proceeds received from this offering for general corporate purposes. The offering was made through an underwriting syndicate, with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P.
