Chaisson Law Announces Jury Finds Doctors Negligent in Death of Pregnant Patient in Torrance; Physicians Fail to Diagnose Ovarian Cancer—Family Awarded $3 Million

Sonia Perez Chaisson and Martin Stanley, attorneys for the plaintiffs, announced that the Los Angeles Superior Court has awarded nearly $3 million ($2,899,887.00) to the Torrance family of Ann Frances Seneriches, who died at age 32 resulting from failure to diagnose and treat ovarian cancer. Defendants Carline Louis Jacques, M.D. and Young S. Kim. M.D. of Southern California are to make restitution to the husband and minor son of the decedent.
