LocumTenens.com files suit against Staff Care, AMN Healthcare

In response to inquiries, LocumTenens.com, a physician recruiting firm and leading provider of temporary physician staffing, is issuing a statement regarding a civil action complaint filed recently in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. LocumTenens.com has filed suit against Staff Care, Inc. and Staff Care’s parent company, AMN Healthcare, Inc. (NYSE: AHS), for tortious interference with LocumTenens.com’s contracts with providers and clients.
